Location is perfect, super close to everything, downtown, train station, river. Would love to stay here again if I come back to Hiroshima!

It's very comfortable and has great laundry facilities in the apartment (but seperate from the living/sleeping area). It's located right near the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. It also has a tram stop a few minutes walk away. The centre of the city is a few minutes walk the other side of the Peace Park. Oddly, for an unmanned hotel, we can give the staff top marks. The one staff member we ran into onsite was great and also helped us out of a bit of a jam. Also, as it is unmanned, a lot of thought has gone into anticipating the needs of clients. As a result, everything we needed was provided for.

This 3-star aparthotel offers full-day security. The aparthotel features family rooms. This place is fabulous. It's spacious and has a balcony. There is a kitchenette, washing machine and drying mechanism in the bathroom. Very clean and modern. Located 12 minute walk from Hiroshima station - a really easy walk even with suitcases. Great value for money. Staff were wonderful. I accidentally broke a dispenser and they were very prompt and professional in dealing with that. Absolutely brilliant accomodation - I would definitely stay here again.

Great size room for the price and a great location as well -- about 5 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station. Left my airpods at the hotel and the customer representative Suzuki went above and beyond to help ship them to our place in Osaka where we were leaving the next day. When I couldn't contact the delivery driver, she called them for us to arrange for the driver to go back to the delivery location. Appreciate her help greatly and would definitely recommend just based off the interaction alone :)
