AND for whenever you want to visit anywhere in Hakuba that's within a 10 min drive diameter. HOW COOL IS THAT?! An absolute highlight and USP of this place. 3) THE STAFF! Omg, the staff is some of the BEST I've ever seen in all of my stays around the world. In particular, their managers Thomas and Rena. I cannot emphasize how immensely helpful they both were throughout my stay there working around the clock to ensure we had the best time. Seriously, words cannot describe how great they were and I cannot thank them enough. 4) Thomas, who was coordinating with me over messages before my arrival; made whatever possible arrangements for my handicapped sister to ensure she had the smoothest time and I am incredibly thankful to him for that. Not only this, he personally took so much time and effort to make sure we got to do the activities we wanted and made all sorts of arrangements including arranging for ski rentals and inquiring with the resorts before we got there. Anyone from the Wadano team reading this, please make sure this guy is taken care of well. He truly is the crown jewel of our experience there. 5) The hotel itself is equipped with an awesome lounge area with a pool table, Foosball, board games and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Never had a dull time while I was there. 6) The rooms were wonderful and spacious. A perfect blend between modern hotel rooms on one side and a Japanese inn kinda feeling on the other. Overall, this was the best stay we had out of all of the places we visited in Japan.

Extremely helpful with anything. It was like having a personal concierge at an AirBnB.

21 km from Ryuoo Ski Park, Togari Inn Suites is a recently renovated property situated in Iiyama and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The accommodation features a spa bath. The aparthotel has parking on-site, a hot tub and free shuttle service. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The one we stayed in had 4 bedrooms plus one huge living room that was very well decorated. There were two bathrooms and an in-house Onsen at the inn. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic tools to cook such as a rice cooker, and a medium-sized stove, utensils. Even though the suite is located inside the inn, we still felt very private. All the rooms and the living area had good heaters. The door code and check-in instructions were provided via message on Booking.com. Overall, we were very happy with the stay!

The aparthotel features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We liked the location, surrounding activities, comfort and vibes. Habuka is a treasure during the summer. I am shocked it’s not more crowded. Grant was super nice, accommodating, and informative. Looking forward to next summer!

From the moment we arrived, the staff—Dave, Takami, and John—went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The apartment itself was huge, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with everything we could ask for. The complimentary continental pantry was a thoughtful touch and made our mornings so much easier. Overall, an outstanding experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba!

JR Hakuba Train Station is a 5-minute drive away. Free in-room WiFi is offered. Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

A tiny room with just enough room for 4 Japanese style beds next to each other. My feet even touched the table. I knew Japan was usually cramped, but I couldn't imagine it could be this small. This was my mistake. Never coming back to this area!
