The apartment itself was huge, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with everything we could ask for. The complimentary continental pantry was a thoughtful touch and made our mornings so much easier. Overall, an outstanding experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba!

Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

A tiny room with just enough room for 4 Japanese style beds next to each other. My feet even touched the table. I knew Japan was usually cramped, but I couldn't imagine it could be this small. This was my mistake. Never coming back to this area!
