Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, ideal for our week-long stay. Very relaxing property surrounded by nature. The location to town and the beach was so central with everything you would need within a short drive or walk. We were advised of the building work that is happening on the property before we booked and the price was discounted to compensate for any inconvenience which was appreciated. The builders were considerate and we weren't impacted too greatly as we were out during the day. We will definitely be returning to Tui and Nikau.

Each unit has a kitchenette or kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and toaster. There is also a large lounge area with Sky TV and/or a Smart TV. Spectacular views over the bay and it was soothing to hear the waves underneath. Very modern and tasteful interior. The staff was very friendly and I missed nothing.

Clean, good location, excellent kitchen equipment, Good washing machine and dryer. The location is perfect—just steps from the sand. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Enjoyed stunning sunset views from the balcony.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV (Limited channels only). The location was the best part as it was right infront of the Paihia Beach. The rooms were very comfy.
