Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, ideal for our week-long stay. Very relaxing property surrounded by nature. The location to town and the beach was so central with everything you would need within a short drive or walk. We were advised of the building work that is happening on the property before we booked and the price was discounted to compensate for any inconvenience which was appreciated. The builders were considerate and we weren't impacted too greatly as we were out during the day. We will definitely be returning to Tui and Nikau.

All villas include chic décor, stylish furnishings and glass-enclosed terraces with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. Each unit has a kitchenette or kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and toaster. There is also a large lounge area with Sky TV and/or a Smart TV. The villa was beautiful. Mark and Jane were awesome and were extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.

The location was ideal right on the beach, we had 2 queen beds and with the pull out couch it worked very well for a family of 5. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It offers direct beach access and apartments with beautiful water views. Beautiful views. Lovely to have the spa pool on the terrace. Very clean, lots of great touches, washing powder for the washing machine & carton of milk for tea & coffee also provided. 10-15 mins walk from Paihia ferry/ bay tour pier. Great info & help at reception from Logan to book a tour for the following morning.

Situated opposite Te Ti Beach, Sea Spray Suites offer luxury accommodation with a private balcony or courtyard. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV (Limited channels only). The location was the best part as it was right infront of the Paihia Beach. The rooms were very comfy.
