It was important to us to feel welcome and yes We did. Staff is efficient and nice. Breakfast is fabulous, congrats to the chef. Location is perfect, in the heart of Miraflores neighborhood. The 2-bedroom aparthotel features a living room with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are available in the aparthotel. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We booked here last minute and a major reason was having a washing machine in the apartment but the washing machine was one for all the apartments which felt a bit annoying. We both got sick when staying here and moved out a day early, it didn't feel very clean. The walls are grey bricks and curtains brown, it feels like a very miserable place. We asked for a replacement toilet roll, there isn't daily cleaning, and we were told it wasn't included. It says the apartment has a dishwasher but it doesn't exist, it's a sink and fairy liquid. The staff are okay but not super friendly or helpful. The only good thing is the internet connection is excellent. Think about a dingy student flat. It didn't feel like a happy holiday vibe.
