Hotel’s beach is next to the much larger stretches of beach that are a farther away but don’t have chairs. The apartments are nice for a small family and have little kitchens/cooking areas that were great for making breakfast or a small meal. The pool, the view and the sunset were incredible, but the service just as good. The owners are absolutely lovely and were always happy to help… it was nice chatting to them. The rooms were cleaned every day and were spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen. We loved sitting outside our room each morning having breakfast at our own outdoor table. Each request was honored right away. Ms. Condon visited daily to say hello and to check if there was anything needed. This is my first stay here and it definitely will not be my last. There is a communal pool and seating area which is an added bonus. The beach is walkable and would take 10-15 mins going but 20-30 returning due to the afore mentioned hills. The Halcyon Heights complex is very quiet and private with a nice pool and sun terrace. Whole apartment spacious and kitchen well enough equipped. Gardens were well taken care of with extra little touches with info about the plants.
