Our apartment (Jon) was located on the first floor of an apartment house. It was a single room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a washing machine. The bed was clean and comfortable, air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was fresh. The apartment was located next to the entrance of the house and a mini market on site. There was some noise coming from outside, but between 10 pm and 8 am, it was quiet. The location was very good. A free public parking place was nearby next to a police station. The beach boulevard with restaurants and cafes was just 90 meters away, and a main road with shops, money transfer etc. just 50 meters away. Communication with the host was smooth, and all worked well. Excellent value for the money!

The contact with the owner, he was really helpful. The new appertment was really up to standard and comfortabel, everything you wish for was there. Close to shops and cafes and only 50 meters to the beach. Free parking close to the appertment. We were the first guests from abroad and we were really happy. Worth every penny.

My stay at Aida's Big Flat in Pogradec was truly wonderful. The location right in the middle of the city, with the lake just a 10-minute walk away, was perfect for exploring the area. The sheets were clean and had a nice, fresh scent, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The house itself was incredibly cozy and welcoming, with a homely atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Aida's attention to detail in ensuring her guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay was evident throughout the flat. Thank you, Aida, for providing such a lovely accommodation in Pogradec.     The location was perfect. The apartment looked just like in the pictures, it had all necessary amenities and more. We were just in two but there was enough space for two additional people even though it was a studio. I will come back for sure.

    A very comfortable and spacious ground floor apartment (very new!). The location is excellent: at the lake side (just have to cross the road) steps away from the buzzy center. Coffee bars, bike rental etc. all within walking distance. Great to have three bathrooms with 6 adults! Nicely decorated!

    It is a beautiful and comfortable modern apartment. We only stayed for a night. Everything was great. Nice modern shower, including rain shower. Comfortablebed and sofas. There was an issue with the door not opening, twice, but the owner was quick to come to help when we called him for help. He admitted they need to fix the door issue.

    Smart minimalist modern apartment with views over the lake. Location could not be better. Two bedrooms and a living room with opening window doors. You can park on the street outside (someone cycles up and down the street in the morning and asks for 50 lek for an hour - not expensive). Good value.
