The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!

Very nice and clean apartment not far from the city centre, a grocery store was just behind the corner. The owner is very kind and ready to help. Beautiful view on the city from the balcony. Totally recommend the apartment and will definitely return in the future! Рекомендую 👍🏻

I truly appreciated how responsive you were to every request, and how much care you put into making everything comfortable. The room was spacious and lovely, and the free transfer to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch that made it much comfortable. Staying at this apartment was an amazing experience. It’s a spacious three-bedroom place that was incredibly clean, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the city center and main attractions, yet in a quiet, beautiful, and very safe neighborhood, ideal for families. There was also a grocery store just 2 minutes away, which made everything even more convenient. But what truly made our stay special was the host—extremely welcoming and kind, they treated us like family, and we felt completely at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan, and I will definitely choose it again on my next trip. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and even a washing machine, which was very convenient. Parking was never a problem, as we always found a spot nearby. The location is also excellent — very close to the mall, with a bus stop right in front of the building and only a 15-minute walk to the metro. Everything worked smoothly, and the place had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
