Wonderful and so tipical place. Quiet room, nice garden and beautiful covered outdoor place where having a very good breakfast. Last but not least, the host, Jervant, a very kind person that was been a pleasure to meet and talk with. He has permitted me to park my motorbike inside the courtyard.

A very peaceful place, very helpful & nice staff. Close to mountain walking route and not far from the center. The building has both the charm of old house and the functionality of a new house. As for breakfast, they can make what you want. There was a restaurant called Salori within walking distance, in Zakarian street; surprisingly it was one of the best restaurants I have ever been! Also the museum of fine arts is excellent, and the folk museum is very nice in Vanadzor.

We had a exceptional time , We went with our family of 20 people , booked all the cottages .Cottages are really comfortable and have all your needs for your stay . The hosts were very nice people , took very good care of us and planned everything for us according to our requirements . Food was great and they even cooked Halal food for us and also changed the menu according to our requirements . This is the perfect place for a family holiday . I recommend you to go there with your family .It is a 2 hour drive from Yerevan in the mountains which is also a very scenic and beautiful drive . The hosts will arrange your pick up from the Airport . You can go fishing or take a drive to the beautiful Lake Sevan which is very beautiful .

We stayed in the ground-floor studio with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was perfect for a family with a small child. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean — the sheets were bright white and everything felt fresh.
