The apartment house is very well positioned close to the ski lift. There is private parking for the guests. A thermal bath and restaurants are also close by. The apartment is well equipped and the house is newly furnished. The location is close to the center but still very quiet, there is no traffic noise. The contact person immediately responded to our questions.

Clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the mountain. Ana and Gabriela's advice helped us a lot to get to know the mountain quickly and beautifully. Transportation is close, thermal baths are close, everything is adapted to vacation and great socializing.

Winter holiday, 2 adults. We stayed in the Top 4 apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor under the roof. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and very efficiently and modernly furnished. Large hallway, 2 bedrooms and living room with kitchenette. Toilet separate, bathroom smaller, with spacious shower. The bedrooms have very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space. Kitchenette furnished with everything you need, also a large table, large screen TV in the living room and bedroom. WiFi signal worked perfectly. The whole apartment house is on a slope, high above Bad Kleinkirchheim, so the view from the balcony is really breathtaking. Parking is right in front of the house, the access road is up a steeper hill, asphalt and then a paved forest path. In winter, if there is a lot of snow, it is a good idea to bring chains. The owners are very nice and helpful, thank you very much for everything. The surroundings of Bad Kleinkirchheim are beautiful, the conditions for winter sports are great...slopes and cross-country skiing track. And an evening stay in the spa is also not to be missed. Overall I rate it as one of our best winter holidays.

We liked the spatious rooms both in the living room and in the sleeping rooms. The two bathrooms were very convenient. We liked very much the arrangement of the eating table and the large balcony. Very nice location from every aspects.

Great location with water spring and food stores close to the building. Spacious parking lot with personal parking places for each apartment. Great facility for ski storage. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. It really was our second home! We received detailed information how to reach it and instructions for equipment use prior to the visit.

    Cozy feeling apartment especially in winter season. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen itself is by far the best equipped of all rental apartments I've seen in years. Finnish sauna is free and nicely equipped. Some kids amenities around resort and basic fitness and recreational space. Close to Nockalmbahn and Biosphärenparkbahn ski lifts. Large free parking lot.
