The stay was exceptional. Beautifully decorated new apartment, looks just like in the pictures! The great advantage is the central location - there are shops, restaurants, a ski lift (5 minutes on foot) but also a large complex of thermal baths, saunas and swimming pools (7 minutes on foot). The apartment was very well stocked, and had absolutely all kitchen utensils. The furniture was stylish and of high quality, and the bed was very comfortable. A strong advantage is the private underground parking lot and the possibility of taking the elevator to the apartment. In the garage there is a bicycle room and a ski room with heaters for ski boots.

Everything was perfect! Great service and super kind, helpful and friendly personel. The apartment is well located, close to ski bus stop and the center of the city with beautifull view on the mountines. We strongly reccomend if you look for great place to stay and relax!

We stayed only a few days but were absolutely satisfied. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent – a wide selection and delicious. We would be happy to come back.

The location was excellent The bed we’re very comfortable Attached bathroom to each room Sofa bed in the sitting area was comfortable Extra linin was in the cabinet in the master bedroom The bathrooms are good with 2 rolls of toilet papers and towels (big and medium size) for each person The balcony was amazing with nice view especially in the sunset time Shops and supermarkets are close by walking distance ( spar ) hoffer bu car like 5 min There is macdonalds close to the appartment in 7 min by car Attraction were very close Shower water pressure was excellent with right temperature also there is hangers for clothes and stand for shower gel and shampoo TV was flat and smart can use the PS 5 for my kids to play Excellent place for hiking and walking in the morning Athough there was no iron in the flat they still provided me with now iron with no extra cost to use Recommended to stay if you want to relax in the nature There is place where you can store your skiing items and bikes Alocated 2 spaces for car parking and flat electrical charger for each flat Smart easy check in with pin cod no need for keys to the flat Coffee machine avaliable There was complement bottle of alcohol with chocolate when we arrived on the dining table There was Turkish halal shop called OlMEZ in schwaz area like 10 min away have meat and chicken and all products with excellent prices Achencee lake 25 min away Zillertal arena slide was 15 min away World of shwarzvisci was in watten 15 min away Alpno zoo 15 min away kaprun and zell am see was 1:30 min away Kaprun and salfadeen slides close to zell am see close to each other 1:30 min away recommended place to stay for friend and family

Very spacious appartment, Well Equipped, friendly hosts. Close to ski bus stop to go over to HochFugen. Ski hire shop about 300m away, and the ski lift to spieljoch about 400m away. Ski room for equipment which has heaters for boots. Highly recommend this apartment.

    Very nice and big apartment. Owner is very nice and kind, who prepared some games for kids, bought us some basic food and even baked pie for us and other guests.... At the end we have received even some presents.... Accomodation is at the begging of the Zillertal valley so you need to drive or use public transportation to get further to the valley or to the ski slopes. On the other hand, close to the highway, aquapark and stores.... Building has the elavator if you have a lot of stuff or if it is heavy. Also garden wher kids can play....

    A great apartment in Fugen. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Excellent location in Zillertal. Spacious apartment, three large bedrooms with large and comfortable beds and a spacious kitchen. Balconies with a great view around the apartment. The owner is great, available for questions and does everything to make it pleasant and comfortable. We would love to come back here.

    The flat was really spacious, possibility to sit outside, in front of the apartment with grill and benches with beautiful view, I recommend this place for families or people, who appreciate quite surrounding in nature. Thank you, everything was perfect.

    We had a perfect family vacation and really liked the apartment. Our host Robert was very friendly and super easy to talk to. He was also very flexible with parking options (as we arrived with more than one car). There is plenty of room for activities after a day of skiing: like cooking or playing a board game. And even ski rental and enjoyable restaurants (like Kosis) are in easy walking distance. Hope to come around some time again :-) And, thanks for the Obstler - really liked that, too ;-)

    The location was fine and everything worked. Check-In was easy with the rental ship right next to the apartments. Good: two bathrooms and we liked the corner bench in the living room / kitchen. Of course it’s not luxurious, but ok given the rather cheap price compared to other apartments.
