    The apartment’s location is very convenient. It takes about 15 min to get to the main motorway. At the same time there are interesting hikes in the nearby valleys. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is not very large but enough for light cooking for two people.

    The ground floor apartment is perfect for 4 or 5 people. The apartment is really clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and has a great location, if you are skiing in Kühtai. It has a really nice terrace. There is a small supermarket opposite the apartment where you get the basics. A regular supermarket is 8-10 minutes away by car. The owner was great. We had a small issue in the kitchen and he came over right away to resolve it. All in all we had a really nice vacation.

    Well equiped and super-modern apartment situated in the Sellrain valley near to many skitouring tours and ski resort Kuhtai. The communication with the owner was very smooth and forthcoming, overall a very nice experience.

    This is a perfectly clean and well equipped apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains. You are in the center of the village close to all of the facilities. Ideal accommodation for everybody who loves Stubai Alps.

    Location is very good, it is a small and quiet village, not a crowded town. The flat has absolutely everything you might need. Also parking is right in front of the flat. There is a possibility to sit outside and enjoy your meal or coffee. I recommend to go by car to nearby tourist attractions, but you can also use a bus from the village.

    Perfect place, close to the center of the village. Clean and spacious apartment, which was perfectly decorated for the Christmas holidays. There was even a Christmas tree in the apartment. The hosts had thought of everything. The kitchen was very well equipped.
