Fantastic place. I strongly recommend them. Apartment is new, very clean, very well equipped with good wifi. Perfect contact with host Franz. I've spent them 5 fantastic days and if I return there in the future "Da Alois" will be my first choice.

Whatr a great place to stay in a beautiful place very close to Hauser/Kaibling ski resort. Fantasitic landscape, vast panoroama, spacious fully equipped apartment, clean, modern, comfortable. Nice bedrooms and beds. Great barhroom. Highly recommend! True gem in booking.com offers close to ski resorts.

Highly recommended for families with small babies. It was our very first trip abroad with our 1 year old and she enjoyed the safe and separate room she could sleep in peacefully. It was complete silence during the night of this small town, which is I think also the most beautiful one in the area. The apartment is located right in the middle of the town so it's great for a peaceful walk and restaurant round during the afternoon. Doris is an angel! She replied immediately and was always super helpful and kind. She even brought toys for our daughter on the first day. Access is easy via a key locker. Sofas and bed are comfortable (little bit too soft). The only thing we missed is the microwave, other then that everything was spotlessly clean and charming. The Sommercard was a great plus as well.

    A fantastic apartment, fully equipped with everything you could need. The view from the window is stunning. The host is a lovely woman, very welcoming and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.     Amazing place for short or long holiday. Very friendly welcoming owner, beautiful, clean, perfectly furnished apartments. Lots of additional equipments to use , such as grill, sauna, bar, lots of outdoor tables and beautiful gardens. The surrounding is beautiful with easy access to any attraction around. Our dog was welcomed as well and he loved it.

    It was a wonderful stay overall. The apartment is very large with fantastic views on both sides. It is brand new with a nice modern design. Very comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a joyful family stay. Sparkling clean everywhere except for hard to reach places like under the sofa.
