The appartment is located 2 km in north of a centre Grossarl. The house stands on a slope and offers a view of the valley where the main road leads. The distance from the road is about 350 metres uphill. Traffic can be heard if you stay in front of the appartment but there is practically none at night and doesn´t disturb during the day. The view of the surrounding slopes is amazing. The owner´s family lives above you but the house is huge and they enter the house from an opposite side. The appartment provides enough privacy and space as well. It´s equipment is modern, has a nice spacious kitchen with a large table with chairs and sofa with table. Parking is possible behind the house, in front of a garage.

The rooms were recently furnished with comfortable beds and enough room for large families with 2 queen size beds and 2 bunk beds. We stayed int he two adjoining rooms. All the amenities were there and the property has underground garages and community/break room that was also provided to us. We could watch TV, or use the large stereo and play table tennis.

Fantastic location - next to the (free!) kids/beginners lift, close to the cabin lift and the ski bus stop right at the end of the street. Baby bed and high chair available, kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. Wonderful spot in the mountain!! The room was big enough for us all. We loved all the activities around the hotel, like swimming pool and sauna. The games room and trampoline were great to keep the big kids entertained!! Really beautiful place to relax and spend a few days!!

It’s an almost brand new hotel with absolutely everything you need (full kitchen etc) on a nice quite location (next to the Bahnhof if you’d need it). We enjoyed the very luxurious style of the rooms, the furniture and the rain shower. Just perfect!

    Nice place. Big apartment. Lovely pool, but a bit cold - my kids loved it. Fantastic area. The local town has a nice playground. Andrea was kind and helpful. We went on several excursions, fx Liectensteinklamm and Eisriesenwelt.

    Luxury apartment, large, clean with amazing view from balcony. Very friendly onwner. Excelent schnaps, milk, butter, fresh buns every day. We spend our family holiday in Austria for more then 15 years, but this apartment was absolutely the best!

    The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The living room and the bedroom had a balcony with outdoor furniture from where we could enjoy the view. The host was very sympathetic and kind. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

    Lovely host and a beautiful and perfectly clean apartment; we could not ask for more. Check-in instructions say to arrive by 18:00, but it was fine that we came in at 21:00 and were greeted with a smile. ;-)
