It is a nice traditional landeshaus with beautiful surroundings outside of any town/villge.. There was a floor heating, so no problem with being warm.. Water was also hot enough (not always the rule in Austria for both of these things). The facilities were clean, the kitchenette and the amenities were as advertised, microwave oven was outside the apartment as it would not fit into the kitchen so no problem with that as well.
