Although we are not very picky people, we do not give out 10/10 easily, so hear me out. First of all, my wife is a very visual person and we immediately noticed the cozy, yet stylish interior. Most of all, it was clean (thanks to Veronica!)! Second of all, the neighborhood was quiet, just in the area of the University of Vienna. There were students around, but nothing loud or inappropriate took place. Third, there was a nice little bakery just 30 seconds from the main entrance. Fourth, there was an amazing local restaurant nearby (suggested by the reception), which was the best restaurant experience in Vienna for us! Fifth, my wife is usually freezing most of the time, but in our room it was warm! Nevertheless, most of what took my heart in this place was the atmosphere: friendly yet not inappropriately overwhelming. And it was the small things: free coffee every morning on the ground floor, lounge area in the rooms to sit by the table and have a snack, TV that could be turned to see easily from the lounge area, luggage storage for our very last day in Vienna, environmentally conscious room cleaning. All of that made us feel like welcomed guests!

    Had a lovely short stay at these modern apartments. Information received from Christian was very helpful and check in was straight forward. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and warm. We loved the location which was within walking distance to many attractions, shops and subway. Supermarket was also at the end of the road. The Naschmarkt was only a couple of minutes away and was a good place to eat or have a drink. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these lovely apartments.

    The property is well located for Westbahnhof railway station, about 5-8 min walk and about 50 min walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. Good metro connections . The building has various rental flats, I was in the attic (D3) which is a large studio flat. (double bed, round table, sofa, kitchen all in the same room) . It had basic pots and pans to cook Microwave . It was clean and light.

    There good rental apartments and good hosts, and then there are great apartments and great hosts. This apartment and the host are the best! Spacious, clean and tastefully arranged flat with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. WIFI works perfectly, and the big screen TV has a lot of IPTV channels for every taste and language background. Bila supermarket is practically 30 seconds walking from the flat, and the U-metro station 45 seconds. Vera, the owner, is a fantastic lady ready to help and serve anytime.

    Modern apartment with a balcony.The easy check in and check out. Apartment itself was very nice,clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The location is great,very quiet and peaceful.There a small  pond soraunded by modern buildings .No traffic sounds.Large park  nearby.3 minutes walk to the nearest metro station,40 minutes walk to the center.Small supermarket is around a corner. WU is just a cross a road.
