Very nice and clean, full equipped flat including live plants in pots. One bedroom with double bed, separate room with 2 divided beds. The flat is spacy. Owners were kind and I am persuade, that everything will be perfect, if we speak German or they speak English.

The location is really nice, a quiet area in the Alps. A beautiful lake can be found by driving 8 minutes to the south. There is a swimming pool which can be used, and it has a great view of the sunset (behind the alps). The property also has a large yard, which I assume could also be used. The apartment itself is in an old house, renovated and nicely decorated. We spent one night there, but it had everything we needed. Even in summer, the nights were nice and chilly for a good nights sleep. We met some of the neighbours at the pool and at the parking lot, and everyone was really nice and friendly.

    Wooden equipment, the layout of the rooms, the familiar atmosphere and the overall modern furnishings of the apartment. The apartment is 7min far by car from ski area Hinterstoder and very near to 2 good restaurants. With or without children very good

    The hosts were absolutely welcoming and friendly, a small treat prepared in the fridge, coffee available. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, tasteful and very accessible. We were really very grateful for the opportunity to travel with our pet (dog), the surroundings were very suitable for walks. Absolutely no problems with parking, the possibility to hide the car under the roof in case of snow. A beautiful view!

    On arrival our host Ingrid prepared for us home made cakes, marmelade, elderberry syrup, beer/radler. She also provides bread service, which is fantastic. Next day she cooked an amazing cake for us. Ingrid was best host we ever experienced and we will definitely come back. It is a beautiful apartment in wonderful location. Very well equipped kitchen. Room for kids, which our 2 year old son really loved.
