Very spacious apartment with well equipped, compact kitchen. Two large bathrooms and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The facilities in the whole apartment were outstanding. Plenty of towels, closets for clothes, large beds, bedlinnen, etc. The location is very nice if you want to visit multiple ski resorts in the Zillertal and have a car (or taxi) at your disposal. Hoch-Zillertal/Hoch-Fugen is 9min by car, Zell am Ziller/Zillertal Arena is 15min by car, Mayrhofen is 20min by car. Walking to the ski-bus (which only drives to one specific ski-resort) or train is quite a walk on steep terrain. It's not impossible, but we were happy to use our car. Breakfast is very, very nice with a very large assortment of bread, fruit, drinks, eggs, dairy, meats and cheeses. And coffee and tea of course. All freshly prepared and served with a smile. The service by Alexandra and her team was above and beyond anything I have experienced lately. Very personal and caring. We had to leave very early (before breakfast) on our check-out day and Alexandra offered to provide us with a lunch-pack for on the road. The pack was so nice and rich that is saved us from having to stop for breakfast or lunch all together. All in all, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who would like to visit multiple different ski resorts in the Zillertal area (we visited three areas in three days), specially when they have a car available.

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The host (Manni) made us feel so welcome from before we even arrived, with prompt replies to messages we sent. He quickly showed us the equipment we could either hire (at a very reasonable cost) such as e-mountain bikes, or borrow for free (e-scooters and paddle boards). We wanted to try lots of things so this was perfect for us! The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with stunning views! There was a coffee machine and breakfast items which could be purchased at a reasonable cost, and a communal lounge area where other drinks etc could be purchased and games could be enjoyed. It was my birthday while we stayed and Manni gave me an Austrian prosecco and wished me a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. We were really sad to leave here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We had a great stay in Tristenau. Maria, the manager of the apartments, was very helpful at all times and even recommended us amazing hiking trips. The room was perfectly equipped and the beds very comfy. The kitchen was also very complete. On top of that, the sauna and the wellness area were very cozy too. However, our favorite thing has to be the breakfast, I woke up so excited every morning to have breakfast... amazing! We could also see sheeps through our window :) super cute. We would definitely repeat here. Thanks a lot for everything P&R

Exceptional wellness area. Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect layout of the apartment (two equal double bedrooms, two bathrooms, common living room, dining room and kitchen area).     Location between Achensee and Zillertal was very convenient. The apartment is clean and modern, just as shown in the photos. It has an efficient kitchen, balcony with a green view, and a comfortable bed. It’s a short walk into Wiesing and a 15 minute drive to Achensee. Overall, a very good value.

    The furniture and style of the apartment was very modern and it had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The location is top notch - away from all the noise but still relatively close to a bakery and a nice restaurant. And the best of it all - the view, truly magnificent. Will definitely be coming back to this gem.
