Greatest place to stay in Coley Bay. Luxurious, clean and cosy studio - we loved it. Could not have been any better! Also had a great communication with the owner -Emily and her husband live on the propery as well and do everything to make their guests feel like they stay in a place like home. We highly recommend this place and would always go back again!

A fantastic little home with all the essentials one could ask for. I found it very cozy and slept very well. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the mornings, it's peaceful and calm. A great base to go and explore Freycinet park.

The property was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and perfectly located by a beautiful beach. It also felt really private as it wasn’t at all overlooked, despite having neighbours on both sides and another apartment in the same building. The kitchen was brilliantly appointed, and the complimentary ground coffee was delicious! Everything you could need was provided, whether blankets for the cooler evenings in the living room, or washing liquid laundry after etc which was really useful as we were already a week into our trip when we arrived. We even had wild rabbits keeping us company at breakfast! It was perfectly located for hikes in the Fretchinet National Park, and the local shop and restaurants.

    The studio apartment was extremely clean. A delicious continental breakfast with yogurt, juice, granola, toast with honey and jams was provided. The coffee was delicious! The backyard patio overlooked the bay, and wallabies were spotted. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive into town. The Freycient National Park was 15 minutes away. Very comfortable!

    A very comfortable, stylish studio apartment. Overlooking Coles Bay with a nice deck to sit out on. Bed was very comfortable . Emily was very friendly .

    The Studio Apartment we had was very private, spotlessly clean and spacious. The heated floor in the bathroom was a lovey especially as it was very cold and wet during our stay. There are generous provisions for a continental breakfast. Very peaceful with a lovely view of the sea from our full-length windows. Restaurants/takeaways/shops only short distance away. Our hostess, Emily, was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
