    Large number of beds, insanely good view of both the marina and ocean on 49th floor in Subpenthouse. Great outdoor furniture, kitchen is good size. Bedrooms are good if you are going with a group of friends, may not be as good with a group of couples. Aircon works great. Even if you leave it set for just the lounge it will likely heat up the entire apartment in winter.

    stayed here 4 nights in November 2022. The apartments are all privately owned, so internal facilities may vary. Great views (Eastward facing room) over the Broadwater towards SeaWorld and watch the roller coasters go round and round. Just a small park between the apartments and the beach. I took my Brompton, and it was a short ride to Southport Australia Fair shopping centre and Surfers Paradise (mostly flat). The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay self catering. Nice pool and spa - open till late (9pm)
