Loved the STAFF at the reception desk! So helpful, friendly and nothing was an issue :) The location was brilliant everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and we enjoyed having a balcony! My parents are coming to Townsville next year and I will make sure that they book to stay here!

Very well sited but a short walk away from both the main CBD and the shoreline (The Strand) which both offer nice shops and pkenty of restuarants. Room exceptionally comfortable and well equpeed and staff wonderful if you need anything else. I just love Quest and stay whenever that is an option.
