Requested and was given a quiet, top-floor room for my one-week stay. Reception and checkout were efficient and pleasant. Housekeeping was consistently good. The property was clean, and furnishings were relatively new-looking. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong, the aircon was quick to cool and easily adjustable. Parking was secure and provided easy access to a main road. A grocery store and fast food are a two-minute walk across the street. It was the best hotel stay I've enjoyed in recent memory, and I'd give it eleven stars if I could.

    My wife and I stayed in a 1BR apartment. Great value for money. Clean and comfortable. Modern apartment. It had a "home away from home" feel. There is onsite parking. Fully-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine / dryer to do our laundry. A good location as well. It's a short walk to the Queensland Country Bank Stadium. It was our first time to Townsville, and we fell in love with the city.

    We had a short stay here during a long road trip. The apartment hotel is large. Our room had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable, we had a fabulous view. The price was exceedingly good. The staff on reception were polite and helpful. It is located about midway along the esplanade so right or left will take you to restaurants, facilities.

    Excellent location close to Palmer Street. Our apartment had beautiful views over a marina, looking towards Castle Hill. The apartment was very clean, with all the basics needed for a short stay. I would definitely recommend it.

    We booked this 'Apartment' with a view to the river, thinking this is what we would get. Instead it is a 'Studio', small with a view to the surrounding commercial area, hills in the distance and train line. The bed was super comfortable, big tick! Underneath parking for the vehicle was also a big tick!
