It's a fairly new facility. Everything is well kept and neat. It is very spacious, has a high level of cleanness and a welcoming host who allows some flexibility with check-in and check-out time. The wifi works exceptionally well. It is altogether a very good value for money.

We have stayed in many condos but this apartment was absolutely the best. Steps from the beach, restaurants and market all within walking distance. We did explore the island but you could stay here and never leave the property. Clean, well equipped kitchen, a big pool, all very convenient. Thank you to the host for being so welcoming and catering to all our needs. Highly recommend the apartment, except on those weeks when we want to rent it.

We loved being away from the hotels and busyness of condo and traffic. It was an oasis to come home to after daily outings. Peacefilled and beautiful landscape. The owners, Daphne and Marty, were exceptional hosts as they were on sight and ready to meet any requests and provide recommendations for everything Aruba. Our apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and comfy beds for sleeping. Full kitchen which came in handy as we enjoyed some homecooked meals and takeout. Patio was also spacious and great place to enjoy morning coffee. The pool area and grounds are impeccable in design and cleanliness. There is a pool table and a volleyball/badminton sand court. We never did use it but a lovely touch. We were so grateful to have come across this unit and would definitely recommend a stay here. You do need a car but everything seems to be 10min away.

Location is quiet, 10 min driving to the beach, you will definitely need a car, newly rustic decorated rooms, brand new appliances in the kitchen, beach towels, chairs, coolers...Everything there for a good and comfortable time. Nice clean swimming pool, supermarkets also 8-10 min driving, easy communication on WhatsApp with Florian. Return? Absolutely yes

The family that manage the property are so accommodating. Very thoughtful and considerate. Very quiet and you are left to enjoy at your own pace. Tomarcia local host also does traditional cooking evenings. Cooking and eating and sharing together. Great experience as we had Uk / Canada / USA / Madeira all working and sharing and eating together. Thank you.

This place us amazing. I loved the pool and the fact that I could use it anytime. The place is within walking distance of Oranjestad and there is a bus stop nearby from which you can travel anywhere on the west coast. There is also a nearby supermarket or 2 fast food restaurants. I didn't want to stay in a resort and enjoy some walking and cycling. And this place had a perfect location for these activities.

    Absolutely outstanding! One of the most beautiful place on our 3 month trip. Unfortunately only 24 hours. A perfect, new apartment with really everything you need. patio area etc. The hosts Julie and Joost welcomed us with incredible warmth. Joost and his daughter Joanne took us on a little hike to Arikok National Park later in the afternoon, from where we had a wonderful panoramic view over almost the whole island and of course the very best sunset. If we ever come back to Aruba, this is the only place for us.
