The location was very convenient, it was only in walking distance from the slopes. The property has a lift to get to the upstairs area and car park available for 12leva for two days. The hotel was quite clean and not too badly maintained for the value of the cost per night. The rooms were warm, and hot water was running full time. The facilities were good enough for family members. The beds were cosy, soft, and comfortable. The property had good-sized wardrobes and extra blankets and pillows available.

Very clean and excellent equiped apartment. The location is perfect for walking and skiing. There are few restorants and a bowling alley next door. Ski slopes are few minutes drive away. The hosts are nice and they will do everuthing to make you to feel welcome.

Perfect Ski Place – Absolutely Amazing! Our stay at flat Kometa A 13 was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy atmosphere, stunning surroundings, and exceptional hospitality by Mrs Petya. The house itself was beautifully designed with modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, warm, and well-equipped with everything we needed after a long day on the slopes. The heating system was a dream, creating the perfect après-ski ambiance. The location was unbeatable—just a short distance from the ski lifts, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and snowboarding. Plus, the breathtaking mountain views from the house were simply magical! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay, providing great local recommendations and making sure we felt at home. Every little detail was thought out, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable area where we could unwind after an active day. We couldn’t have asked for a better ski retreat! I highly recommend Kometa A 13 flat to anyone looking for a perfect winter escape. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the fruits and chocolate for welcoming us:) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place, the staff, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, inviting, equipped for excellent hospitality. The only problem was that the apartment was really inaccessible and you had to go up with escalators and not with an elevator. The escalators only go up to go down, you go down regular stairs and a lot. In the end, they sent us help to take down the luggage, but it is really necessary to emphasize that the apartment is not really accessible. But despite this, I really recommend the apartment.

    The apartment we stayed in was spacious, very cosy and nicely furnished with all the needed amenities, including a washing machine, coffee machine and a big fridge. The view from the two balconies is almost 360 degrees and amazing. Also the support we got from the flat manager representatives was very helpful and much appreciated. We had a great stay and will come back again.

    Value for money. You get a fully equipped kitchen with your room. It’s like a studio flat actually. There are some spa facilities you can use. Proper shower unlike everywhere else in Bulgaria. Receptionist tried to help me finding somewhere to buy food late at night.

    Studio apartment (with bath - bliss after months of showers) was excellent value! Bed was so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. View of the mountains from the 6th floor! Communication was excellent. Just a shame we had to leave after only two days. Would definitely stay again.

    The apartment was very big, clean and cosy. The bathroom have a bathtub. Nice view from the balcony. I booked for a studio, instead they gave me a big apartment. Many thanks to the receptionist, she was very nice.

    The apartment has everything you need, oven, stove, pots, pans, utensils, so you can comfortably cook and eat at home. The location stays a bit away from the ski facilities, you definitely need a car. The host is very friendly and helpful, available for any questions 24/7. The apartment is basically a studio - one common space plus bathroom. It is perfect for couples or at most families with one child. Overall pretty good value for the money.
