The apartment is a semi-basement with a separate front entrance from the main house, little patio in front and a parking spot. It is in a quiet residential area near a river with walking and bike path. There's even a little beach by the river which is a 15 minute walk. The main street is 2 blocks away where you can find groceries, gas, restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a separate bedroom, spacious bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't working properly so the host called a technician but he could only come 2 days later. It was hot and humid those days and we were afraid our groceries would go bad but our host said they would find a solution and to our amazement they brought us a brand new fridge the same night. The hosts were very nice, the apartment was comfortable and it felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

I liked that the instructions were clear. The location was fantastic and very accessible, and the apartment was bright and comfortable. There were many shops and plazas within walking distance. I had reserved a parking space in the building, which made our stay very comfortable, so we didn't have to look for parking every time we came back.
