    It's a lovely and modern apartment with everything you need to make a stay comfortable. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away, and the Old Quebec is just a few minutes away by taxi. The instructions for access were clear and the managers replied quickly. There is no parking in the building, but 2 safe lots within 5 minutes walk.

    The location was easy to access, and the instructions given to access the building and the unit were very clear. The penthouse was very well appointed, clean, with great amenities. The rooftop pool and patio were wonderful. The building seems to be rented out mostly for tourists/short term rentals. Just one block away (parallel to the street of the condo), is a very charming street with great restaurants and shops, and an amazing boulangerie.

    The owner was very nice and so helpful! She writes back really fast and is a good host! The Apartment was very good equipped! It had a nice couch and a flatscreen. The kitchen had all we needed and was spacious. The bathroom was very big for two people and the washing machine + dryer was a nice extra.

    Le Loft is located in a quiet and nice area. It is a 5 minute walk to the number 800 bus stops that goes to both Montmorency Falls and Québec City, frequent service. Le loft is fully equipped for self catering and is very comfortable. Good shower.

    Clean, modern, well equipped apartment. Location midway between upper and lower Quebec City on street with funky restaurants and a few street away from St Jean area which seemed to have a local vibrant vibe. Quiet neighbours. Car parking lot opposite which we only used for a couple of hours as found free on street parking overnight ( 11 dollars) Lots of friendly messages from hosts and nice bottle of wine as welcome gift. Useful info pack in flat.

    The loft style studio apartment was perfect for four people. The room feels larger than the photos and the kitchen was perfectly equipped! The location was good, 25 minute walk from the center of old Quebec which was not a problem. There were plenty of super markets and restaurants around us and a good ambiance at night.
