    Lovely owners and staff. Our ferry arrived 15 hours late, and they waited up until midnight for us to let us in. Warm (heater available). Close to town centre and bus station, about US$6 to ferry port (to Puerto Natales). Use of personal washing machine in apartment! Netfix. We were able to leave our luggage when we went to Chiloe for a few days.

    Vivianna is a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home as well as our transition from one city to the next at ease. Bed linen and towels were good. Quiet sleep within a safe neighborhood. Good value for the rental price.
