Huating, a homestay located near the South Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, is very beautiful and situated right by the roadside, making it easy to find. They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk. When we stayed in the city, they also helped arrange bus transportation. It was truly a great experience. Thank you, Zhangjiajie. Thank you, Huating.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, well-equipped and modern. Comfortable, nice view and good location, close to the cableway, one of the reasons we chose this apartment. The washing and drying machine was an added bonus, very helpful! The restaurants downstairs were fantastic! Delicious food for great prices. Also the supermarket downstairs was just what we needed.

Landlady was very helpful. Always answer you immediately by wechat. And she managed most of our trips for free. Apartment was huge, 3 bedroom 4 double beds and kitchen dining room as well. Very ideal who is traveling by family or group. Feel like in your home.Very satisfied.
