The mattress in the studio was super comfortable (memory foam), very thick, heavy, soft but not too soft. Every day we woke up well rested. I recommend this place especially for people with back problems. The streets are very quiet day and night. Nikolas and his wife are very nice and helpful. The proximity to the beach is a big plus (just a few minutes walk) and a few minutes drive to Lidl (if you want meat, fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheese etc.). There are also very good restaurants around. After asking I was given an extra stainless steel pan for cooking. The studio has good air conditioning (heating and cooling). The windows in the studio are small but it was still bright enough. I would go there again if I was in Cyprus again.

The apartment is in a good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a nice beach but away from the busy built up areas further down the coast. We enjoyed a tasty traditional dinner at nearby Doma Restaurant. It’s an easy walking distance to the beach promenade from the apartment to more restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and well equipped including a dishwasher but no dishwasher pellets so we didn’t use it for our short stay. There is a parking area available for guests. Akis our host was incredibly helpful and supplied adapters when we realised some had been ‘borrowed’ by previous guests. We enjoyed a lovely comfortable stay and would recommend this apartment.

It's a very great appartment in a very comfortabe position of protaras, right by the bus stops so you can reach ayia napa within 10 min and other nearby beaches and restaurants, also 2 min away from an ATM machine and a couple of supermarkets open till late at night, and a couple of minutes distance from great beaches. I have to say i Really enjoyed my stay, the place i got was spacious enough for two people to stay in, the price was very reasonable especially that you wouldn't expect such facilities in a very touristic area as protaras for such a good price, the appartment had all the commodities from a stove to microwave to a coffee machine, dishes etc..., 2 Balconies one with a great scenery of the sea, with much access for sunlight. comfortable and well equipped. What's most appreciatable is how available the owner's complete availabilty was: The night before i had my flight i lost the key to the apartment, I called the owner around 3 a.m. ( i had to be at the airport at 6), i had the spare key handed to me within 15 minutes, in the middle of the night. I would reccomend this compound of appartments to almost anyone who would want to visit the region.

The apartment is really nice and well taken care of. It is 5 minutes away from the Kalamies beach. It has couple of stores nearby, places to eat and bus stops only a street away from the place. It has a functional kitchen with all the cutlery someone needs to make a quick meal, more than enough for someone who plans to be on the beach or outside for the whole day. The bathroom is really clean. air-condition unit works perfectly and the bed in the bedroom is really spacious and comfy. Sheets and towels changed in as they should be in timely fashion. The hosts were also really nice and polite! One small note, for electronic devices, you will need a UK adapter so you can charge them - can be bought in nearby supermarkets.
