We enjoyed the apartment's center location in Zelezna Ruda. A coffee house is conveniently situated just about 20 meters away and you get 10% discount for all your purchases. There is a parking space available in the underground parking which is accessible via lift right from the apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped with 2 tvs, fridge, dishwasher, induction cook top, capsule coffee maker, washing machine and all the dishes. The bedroom has one double bed plus a single. There is an additional sofa cum bed in the living room / kitchen. Everything is newly furniture. Sizewise it was perfect for our family of three, probably would be a little cramped with full occupancy.

Accommodation was home like. Nice & clean. Host Lenka helped us with navigation as google maps brought us not even close to the place. A guest can find everything needed from snack salty and sweet in the kitchen to shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The whole property was clean and cozy.

The property is very secure and clean! We had a beautiful terrace where we could enjoy the coffee in the morning ( there was a great coffee machines with beans too) and wine in the evening ( we had some blankets in the room to take outside). The location is perfect- walking distance to all the main points in Zseleznik Ruda. Great hotel! Thank you!

    Our second visit to this lovely, comfortable apartment. Easy check-in by collecting the keys from the cafe (also excellent) downstairs, amble storage for skis in a designated locked cupboard, ski boots warmers/dryers available in the bathroom, electric blinds made sleeping easy, great location on the main road with some nice walks nearby, all mod-cons including Netflix.

    Modern and spacious apartment with the luxury of a log fire, which made Christmas extra special for us. The apartment was well equipped, even with a vacuum cleaner, which was essential for packing our bulky winter clothes in vacuum travel bags. We discovered what turned out to be boot warmers... Super helpful to dry out boots and gloves with all the snow!

    Generous, kind and responsive host, communication was very good. The apartment was clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location is perfect for a skiholiday; you reach the slpoes at Spicak within 10 mins, the Great Arber across the german border within 25 mins. Brcalnik is a quite small village with just a few houses, we enjoyed the quitness and calm out of the tourist area. We had a lot of snow!

    Great host, nice spacious well equipped apartment. Two balconies with an amazing mountain view. Lots of appliances in the kitchen including tea pot, fridge, coffee machine. Spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and hair dryer. Parking. Enjoyed our stay.

    comfortable privately-owned apartment inside a residence building. Bedroom on the opposite end of Living room + kitchen. Spacious private patio connecting all rooms. very clean and furnished in a modern way. Centrally located in Zelezna Ruda, close to shops, an excellent Thai massage place and right next door to a great cafe with breakfast. Definitely recommend!
