Exceptional place, a fully working solar installation which has been done as part of the renovation of a listed manor house. Not only that, but there are several other projects - a massive experimental aquaponic and tropical building at the rear. Hosts are fantastic and shared lots of information, breakfast was great.

The best thing for the Unikat is their location. Everywhere in Schwerin is one step away. Even it was really close to City Center, there was no voice around. Also cleaning of the property was perfect because whole flat was renewed. We really felt at home.
