Contact via text messages/Whats app was very easy, quick responses and also in Dutch. Arrived to a friendly owner and a nice chat. We arrived at the appartment in time to sit in the garden with a glass of wine overlooking a great view of the hills in the far distance in the setting sun. Very pictoresque. Thoroughly appreciated the hard work it must have taken to restore the buildings to a great standard. Everything in the appartment was lovely, including the new bathroom. The area was great for the walks we did. Highly recommended.

Extremely spacious, perfectly clean, modern (though in a historical building), and well-equipped apartment with a fully functional kitchen. Efficient and quiet aircon in each room - that's a rarity. Well-working wifi. Easy automatic check-in with clear instructions provided beforehand. Perfect communication with the owner both before and during our stay. Relatively quiet location within just a few steps from the picturesque old town of Quedlinburg. The possibility to park a car nearby. All concerned, a real gem and we regret that we used it merely as a stopover in an journey and could not stay longer.

we loved the location, the decor, and the amenities. Heiko was incredibly thoughtful, providing us with everything we need for a great stay, from recommendations to a very full set of kitchenware etc. The room is clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. we love the little cove overlooking the street in the master bedroom.

One of the nicest apartments I have ever visited via booking.com. Pillows, books, even a free drink - all themed with germanic mythology. But the best thing I liked is a view from the window of a tranquil street in Thale at night.
