The apartment was very clean, brand new and with all the facilities you could need for a couple of days away from home, including easy parking, kitchen, balcony and a good size tv. We arrived late in the evening and we found the key in a lock box, for which we received the code on the day of arrival. All easy and perfect.

The definition of perfect, I would say. Friendly staff, excellent place and all the facilities you need. You will stay in your own floor with a nice bedroom, an office, kitchen and toilet! All the facilities you need! Definitely, I would recommend for those looking for a nice place to stay!

    The location was great, not far from the pedestrian zone of Bocholt, close to lots of restaurants and pubs. The train station is about 10 min walk away, the bus stops about 5 min. The house was in a quiet area of town. The apartment had everything you need for a stay, kitchen well equipped, WIFI was very good. The host provided toiletries, some wine and water, also tea and coffee capsules. The bed was large and very comfortable.

    Modern flat upstairs, nice bathroom with good shower, comfortable large bed. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to be in this area and this was a great plus. There are plenty of amenities nearby and a bakery just round the corner where you could have breakfast. In addition, the flat was equipped with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. There was a selection of coffees and teas on offer and some lovely chocolates and biscuits on arrival, which was a nice touch.
