    We had a great time during our stay. The apartment is very cosy where you can even enjoy yourself playing some vinyls. The host is one of the most kindest persons, and supported us with any requests that we might have. The kitchen was already filled with all kind of things that you need during the stay, like coffee, peper, salt and herbs for cooking. The house has an amazing location if you are searching for something in the nature. Hopefully we will come back some day!

    Beautifully maintained apartment on the edge of the Detmold Altstadt. Superb location in a relatively unknown part of Germany which deserves to be much better known. Suitable for the seasoned traveller or those who are new to Germany. The owner is very helpful and communicative with guests.

    The little apartment is located in a beautiful old house right in the historical centre of Detmold. The bed was very comfortable and overall it was a very nice room. The wooden bathroom was for sure a highlight for me, great hair dryer!

    Ver cozy apartment, all new, and refurbished, the room is comfortable and nice, and the kitchen has everything that you need and even more to make you feel like home (like dishwasher) In addition, the owners are a very lovely couple that makes your stay feel like home. Very easy to communicate and to adapt on your necessities, for instance, we arrived late, and she try to manage where to leave the key. Very nice experience and lovely our stay therw

    The apartment was very spacious, it was also very comfortable to sleep in as the external blinds could cut any lights and sounds. Superb location - everything within 10 minutes walking distance. Private parking place was a cherry on the cake. The hosts Stefan and Kirsten were also vary hospitable. I very much recommend this place, much more value for money compared to a hotel room.

    This is the best place to stay in Detmold! You can walk to grocery and bakery. It is a beautiful, spacious, and quiet place. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in their lovely modern kitchen which had everything we needed. The flat is in a charming residential area. Private parking space for our rental car. The host was helpful, kind, and immediately responded to our questions. Excellent!! Our daughter lives in Detmold and it was a 10 minute walk to her place and the park and opera house. We will rent this place again!
