We stumbled upon this place due to the low price for the area. No idea what to expect, we extended our stay within 10 minutes of seeing this place. Immediately at peace here, after a warm welcome from the host followed by a quick tour of the grounds and amenities, this place exceeded our expectations. With lots to see and do, many fun animals, and a true country feeling, we will certainly be back.

    Fully equipped flat including kitchen. Inside looks much better than outside … so don’t judge a book by its cover. Very nice and friendly hostess. Good location to explore the area including Murnau by bike (13 km away). Great restaurant with local cuisine located just 200 meters away.
