Warm, high-quality stay in a magical setting We were welcomed with a kind personal note, which set the tone for a truly pleasant stay. The interior is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality details throughout. From the balcony, there’s a peaceful view of tall trees. The surroundings are calm and inspiring, with a playground, a cosy café and a historic town centre within walking distance. We would gladly return.

It was our second stay in this apartment. We were welcomed with food and even 2 packages of nappies for our newborn baby. Moreover our older daughter got a present from St. Nikolas on the 6th December. The host is just a very kind hearted and friendly person. She also speaks some Polish. Our family highly recommend this apartment.

    I knew from the other reviews it would be great but even then it exceeded my expectations. The host is warm and kind (with a very sweet cat!), the location is perfect (close to major cities, but more importantly, the beautiful Bergisches Land and nature!), and the apartment is fantastic. My only regret is that we didn't have more time here!

    It’s like being in an art installation. The owner restored a factory making himself an atelier and a home for his family and an apartment to let to visitors. It’s extraordinary. I felt apprehensive in case broke anything! It was wonderful, quirky,imaginative and comfortable but not cosy.

    Overall a nice apartment. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Nearest Lidl and Aldi are 2 bus stops away.

    I loved how warmly we were welcome despite arriving way past the check in time. We had a small trip around the apartment where the owner told us anything we needed to know. It was exceptionally clean but comfortable at the same time. There was a fan, body lotion/ hand lotion, shampoo and showergel and everything else you need to stay comfortable. The shower was very big! Also pretty nice was that they had hand sanitizer. There was even a washing machine, with everything you needed to wash. :)
