    Location next to lake brilliant. Very central too , but it is a building site at the moment so outside dusty and noisy and you can't drive easily up to the property. However we were given a key for a car park a bit further away and pour apartment (no. 8) was on the far side from the site so not serious. Didnt try the restaurant but apparently it is very good. Would definitely stay again.

    Everything! We were warmly welcomed by the owner Rose and felt at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully designed, with high quality furnishings and appliances. Our apartment was at the back and had a beautiful view of orchards and vineyards. Bed was very comfortable. The location is a small business park, so very quiet in the evening and night time, and a 15-20 minute walk to the lakeside village of Wasserburg. There’s the added bonus of cycle and walking paths right from your doorstep.

    Really lovely apartment, good size and comfortable beds. It’s described as a studio but in reality it was a 2-bed apartment. The kitchen had everything you would need and there is parking just outside the property.

    Very nice, comfortable apartment. Everything you needed. Close proximity to cafe's, restaurants and supermarket. Off road parking(no height restrictions) we had our own bikes so didn't make use of public transport.

    It was a very modern property with every comfort and anything you may want to have in an apartment, plus more! Everything was top quality. Generally quiet area. Highly recommendable!

    This is definitely one of the best apartments I have ever visited. super nice, very complete and thought of every detail. Very good beds and extensive kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. The apartment also has a nice garden with a nice view. Manfred and Rose are very friendly and helpful hosts. They really make an effort to make you feel comfortable. We will definitely come back here.

    Excellent apartment. Small but beautifully laid out and exceptionally clean. The host was friendly and gave us the Bodensee card which we used for free travel on the local trains. We also got a reduced admission to the Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen with this card. All facilities close by, and lakeside and train station just a few minutes walk away. We had our own designated car parking spot. We stayed for 4 nights and would highly recommend the apartment and location.
