Nothing. It was unacceptable and we had to find alternative accommodation. This cost more and used much of the time we had in Odense sorting everything out. Very disappointing.

The room was spacious and had been recently renovated. It was clean, with fresh bedding and all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary utensils. The bathroom was a combined bathroom and had a full-wall window without blinds or curtains, which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, the room was excellent and perfect for a night's stay.
