ItalyWe had a great stay at Abu Simbel Nubian Guest House! The host was the most hospitable person we have met in all Egypt! We got welcome drinks, a plate of fruit and there were drinks for us in the fridge also for free and not just water but also pepsi. The breakfast is included in the stay however we told him we won’t be able to make it because we will leave early so he made us a breakfast box so we could eat it in the car. So kind! And he also hooked us up with the tickets for sound and light show. The room was very clean and cozy! Wr highly recommend you to stay here when you visit Abu Simbel

SpainEverything Shaaban is an incredible host, he took take of everything transportation from and to airport ( for free), getting tickets, recommended activities, he even get my a tooth brush. And didn't ask for any extra fee. The place also is great anything you need air-conditioned, fridge, stove, wifi, etc. Totally recommend it for your trip. And also when I had to leave early for temple he made a take away breakfast box.

United StatesAbsolutely loved this house by the beautiful lake. It’s incredibly peaceful to sit outside at night, watching the stars reflect over the water—such a serene experience. The location is amazing—you can actually walk to the Abu Simbel temple from here! The host thoughtfully provides water, tea, coffee, and some snacks. Staying here, you’re truly immersed in the local community, which gives you an authentic feel for the town. The host is very helpful providing your car service to travel back to Aswan if you choose to travel by car/taxi. If I ever come back to Abu Simbel, I would like to stay here again.

If you will spent the night in Abu Simbal you definitely should stay in this apartment. 10 min by walk from the temple. The breakfast is included and it will in the nearby hotel Tuya which also a good place to take a drink or to eat while waiting for the night show. Per our request, we were provided with a stove and cooking utensils. 1 km from the Abu Simbel temple. We had our car and driver for the overnight stay, so it was easy to make the trip to the temple in the evening for the sound and light show (besides the morning visit ). Market with groceries and vegetables was about a 500 meter walk.
