Everything. The owner was on hand, kind, helpful, welcoming! The property is steps away from the harbour, shops, cafes, supermarkets. The apartment was lovely inside, the kitchen was amply stocked with cooking utensils and crockery and there was even things like coffee, sugar, tea on hand, and milk in the fridge! We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings. Eskerrik asko!!!

This place is amazing. Super quiet, clean, and has everything you need to feel comfortable: fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, parking, even a charging point for the car. The pool and the terrace with sea views are the best part—having breakfast there was priceless. It’s close to the beach and Bermeo town, so you can walk everywhere. The host was a 10, really helpful and gave us great tips. Everything was carefully thought out. We’d come back for sure.

Perfectly located in the main harbour front, a few minutes walk. The apartment was spacious, homely, and extremely clean. It had everything you needed to walk in and feel like home. Salt, pepper, oil, and a few basic items (which after staying in places with nothing, is super helpful) Although we never met our hosts, they still felt, through their communication and welcome booklet, very frienldy and helpful. Would definitely stay again and wish we had booked for longer.

    We liked the spacious apartment, the garden to sit outside and of course the closeness of the beach, only 5 min walk. The garden with the shared swimming pool looks very attractive and taken care of. The parking garage under the building is a plus too. The host is very friendly (contact via whatsapp).

    Josu was very helpful way before our stay to give a lot of information on the appartment & the sourroundings. Picking up keys & checkout was very flexible as well. The location of the flat is superbe (right at the beach)...the views splendid. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, we didn't miss anything. Josu left us plenty of little attentions & local produce as well on top of all of that!
