Host let me check in early. Text when I was in taxi and host appeared 5 minutes after I got there. Accommodation perfect for single or couples. Apartment overlooking pool with sea views. Everything in Apartment that you require. Location, five minutes walk to bars and restaurants. 10/15 ,minutes walk to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a very nice and clean apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and terrase. It has kitchen utensils, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, a fridge, etc. The bed is comfortable, there is no noise (you can hear voices from outside, but that's not a problem), the apartment smells really nice, and the view is truly beautiful. Shops, restaurants, bus station, city center and beaches are very close.

This place is such a gem. As soon as we arrived, the hosts Minhal and Tomas made us so welcome and comfortable. It was home from home. Even had a herb garden. And lovely outside terrace. The shower room actually has a power shower. The space is really big and naturally cool as it is on the ground floor. The main bedroom and bed are massive, with huge flitted wardrobes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils Inc full size oven and a microwave. There is a huge fridge freezer as well. It's a great space if you like to cook. It felt like home. The pool area is very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The coplex is very safe and secure with a mix of residential and rentals. A very friendly atmosphere at the pool area and throughout the complex. It's a short walk to the evening entertainment, bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. The beach is a 15 min walk, and a taxi is only €5. Yes, there is a hill, but it's more like a long slope. It is not big or steep. All in all, it was a great vacation. You will not dedisapointed. We stayed for 2 weeks. It was not enough. Minhal and Tomas are very kind, helpful, and welcoming people. It's been a pleasure to stay in their apartment. We will definitely be back.

Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at the Perla de Mar apartment in Los Cristianos and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect – tucked just behind the bus station, which made getting around the island super convenient, and only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view – absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to start and end the day. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring the apartment was stocked with toiletries and a few essentials when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated after traveling. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location with great hosts, I would 100% recommend Perla de Mar. We’ll definitely be back!

This apartment was absolutely superb! The location is right at the front, in a quiet apartment complex, with a quieter pool area, just a few minutes walk from the busier streets/bars/restaurants etc., and a few minutes in the other direction to quieter restaurants, bars, beach etc. There is a supermarket right next to it that had everything we needed for our 6 days there, a restaurant/cafe - Los Angeles, well recommended too. There is also a very good ice-cream/waffle shop right at the entrance, well recommended! In addition to this there are some clothes and souvenir shops at this bit too. The host was very helpful, responded very quickly and made us feel at home right away. (Thank you once again Arnaud!) The apartment itself is immaculate, having every possible thing you could need for your stay. Great value for money. I would highly recommend it, and will certainly be back. Keep up the good work.

    Very nice self catering apartments, great for a family stay for all ages. The pool was great, with a large shallow and deep end, meaning it was not overly crowded given the size of the complex. There was a great pool side bar and restaurant, and the property is within walking distance of restaurants and bars in Los Cristianos. The penthouse apartment was very spacious and modern, with amazing balconies and ocean views.

    Lovely quiet clean apartment with sea view and great Wi-Fi only a short walk to beach and shops. We were self catering so the supermarket just down the road was very handy for essentials and value for money. Loads of restaurants and eateries.

    Studio apartment I booked, it was huge and it had a balcony, pool was great, there was two of them, quiet pool and busy pool, even though location seemed far from centre, taxis are SO cheap compared to anywhere else I've been to in Europe, plus you can ask front desk to book a taxi for you and they're always coming, also they had a free shuttle but I never managed to make it and always took a taxi because it was that cheap

    It was easy to collect the key with someone from the rental agency meeting us even though we arrived late and had our flight delayed. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, close to nearby beaches and restaurants but also not too close which meant it was overall very quiet. The views from the balcony were lovely, and the pool itself was never too busy. Apartment parking was super convenient, great if you rent a car.

    Watch out for the deceptive description and the very good use of.a wide angled lens . VERY DECEPTIVE PEOPLE. Watch out for the studio room with the built in bed ..hahaha . Need to take the pillows off the settee for the bed FFS.. LUXURY IS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT THAT APARTMENT IS OFFERING...great location and a penthouse is about it ...
