The place is soooo nice and all clean. they have a pool that we used and pingpong table. and very nice porche to sit for coffee and dinner. the kitchen is well equiped just perfect. the hosts are exceptional, we had small talks and we really enjoyed our stay. Whenever we will go back to Mardid, we reserve there. the only thing is that you need to have a car. But we knew about it before reserving so nothing bad about it

Snacks are prepared for coffee brewed with a delicious espresso machine. The water pressure in the shower is also strong! There is also a sofa on the TV. The position of the bedside outlet is also good! We also have everything you need for cooking. The refrigerator is also very big! I couldn't find a towel, but it was kind. The staff is very kind! There was a reply even at night. He also told me about my luggage the next morning. I was worried because I arrived late at night, but my stay in Madrid became a wonderful thing! We booked here last minute, and we were so happy! everything went smoothly, Bob W staff was available at all times both via whatsapp, email and phone. The apartment (2bdr/2baths) was extra comfortable and spacious, all amenities included, very well located. Very easy check-in/out. We will be checking for other properties managed by this company in our next trips for sure!

The apartment was very well-equipped - towels, dishwasher (with tablets in it), washing machine (with washing liquid), coffee machine (with capsules), coffee, tea, sugar,..., and even an umbrella). As a welcome surprise from the host - bier/Coke/water in the fridge. The host has sent detailed, precise instructions on how to use the apartment and garage. and how to get there, and was responsive.
