The owners had thought of everything. Example we did not have only enough washing up liquid and toilet roll for only a couple of days there was enough for our stay. The condition of the furnishings excellent and the best quality of beds and bedding. The windows when shut the flat was sound proofed and two large ceiling fans kept it cool. Excellent views of all the harbour and restaurant area. Several lovely sandy beaches near by. Excellent location for people wanting to learn to scuba dive as there are many schools available. If you wish to walk to main beaches and shops without going up hill it is only 5 min walk along the beaches. There are many well stocked supermarket nearby Spar and Lidl as well as smaller shops for bread excreta.

A fantastic place to spend a holiday on Lanzarote. The apartment is perfect for two people. Clean, comfortable, and has a very well-equipped kitchen. A large fridge with a freezer. The hostess welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine. The apartment has a balcony with the view of the Atlantic. The balcony faces south, but is equipped with a parasol and a retractable awning for sun protection. Near the apartment, there's a Spar supermarket, open even on Sundays, and numerous restaurants. Parking was always available. Guests have access to the swimming pool, just a few steps down.

My recent stay at Villa Livia was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated. The property itself was a dream. Clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Whether we were lounging in the well-appointed living room, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean, every moment was a delight. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the heart of the city and nearby attractions. It was a great base for exploring and experiencing the local culture.     Fantastic views over the harbour and old Town Absolutely beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything that you could possibly need for self catering was provided, and luxurious cushions for sunbeds and patio chairs. The awning outside was a godsend with the heatwave too, we could sit out for breakfast too. Quiet location, and quiet apartments, lovely to sit on the balcony at night (the festival was on in the harbour when we went, so a bonus to be able to watch this and listen to the music from the balcony)

    I booked this apartment for my parents, who were very happy about everything. The flat is spacious, clean, with everything you need for a short or also a longer stay. Juan has always been very kind and friendly to me and them too. The area has a lot of markets and the south coast is very close.

    The location was brilliant 2 mint's from bar's and beach, view from balcony over pool was great got sun first thing in a morning. Apartment had every thing you needed full size fridge freezer, oven four rings, washing machine, all you need for self catering would recommend for a couples nice and quiet place we loved it. Great bathroom nice big shower.

    We have just spent three weeks in The White Dragos apartments and wished we had stayed longer. The apartments are in the La Tinosa area of Puerto Del Carmen which is the old town near the port. Everything about the apartment was ideal for a home from home stay and you will never get bored of the view from the balcony. For a great meal try The Flatboat or Mario's both of which are excellent. Special shout out for our host Chiara who went above and beyond to make for a stress free stay.A
