The place was fantastic. The handover of the keys with Elisabet went very smoothly, and the duplex itself was excellent. The air conditioning on both floors worked perfectly, and most of the essential cutlery for a short stay was available (though a pair of kitchen scissors might be a useful addition). All the bedding and towels were clean and in good condition. The duplex is located in a quiet area and, apart from the nearby fireworks during the local celebrations in Benicarló, there were no noise issues. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property included two underground parking spaces, as we had expected to park on the street. The swimming pool was never crowded during opening hours, and the walking distance to various beaches was ideal. A big thank you also to Estel·la for promptly resolving all our questions before and during the stay.

    Very modern apartment, fully equipped with view to the beach. When arrived we found coffee, water, beer, vine and some food in the fridge left for us by the host :-) Good internet and TV was set with accounts on all major streaming platforms.

    A really excellent apartment in every respect. We had a very warm and friendly welcome from our host who was very helpful with advice on local eating places etc. The apartment was, scrupulously clean, generous in size and had all the facilities you need for a holiday apartment. It was part of a pleasant small development and just a few minutes walk from the nearby beach. We would be very pleased to come back again in the future.
