    The studio apartment was attractive, clean, well maintained and had good facilities. The shower, bed and kitchenette were perfect. The staff and residents were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The staff were so helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was simple but adequate and appreciated. The grounds were beautifully kept. It was peaceful and well located, just minutes from the metro. All of the equipment and facilities were in good working order. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

    We liked the central location and that the station was within easy walking distance. The staff were accessible and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Looked like some thought had gone into what people need in a holiday apartment. We didn't use the communal area but lots of people did - gave the place a friendly relaxed feel.

    Location is great. Able to walk to a lot of main sights and you're near the two main train stations to get further out. The flat has everything you need for a short stay, clean and modern, though clothes storage could be better/smarter.

    Had a lovely 4 night stay in June 2024. My one-bedroom flat was clean and comfortable with all I needed for a short stay. These residential apartments are in a convenient location for Lille city centre (10 minutes by metro) or a 45 minute walk. Staff I met were courteous and helpful. A quiet place, away from the bustle of the city centre. Bonus was a small pool which I thoroughly enjoyed. Went for a few city runs, the Parc de la Citadelle was such a treat.

    The apartment was clean and met my initial expectations based on the advertised description. I drove a car to Lille and was disappointed to find it was hard to locate a street parking site nearby, despite the description in the Booking.com entry that parking was readily available. It was also a challenge with a car to collect the key from a downtown location, away from the flat.

    Great location close to but just outside historic centre. Bakery close by and easy walk to area with plenty of eating and drinking places. Food at Chez Max excellent. This is a studio apartment so space is limited but it has everything needed for a short stay including coffee for the machine. Very cosy on a cold day. Host quick to respond to questions and access easy following instructions. Great to have the parking place round the corner.
