The location is excellent for visiting Paris whilst staying in a nice quiet suburb. We travelled with dogs and this location right on the river is ideal for walking them. The apartment is small but not too small and equipped with cooking equipment. It a a 10 min walk to a bakery and small shops and about 15 mins walk to the station to get metro into Paris for 2.50 Euro (download the app for tickets). I found free on street parking about 8 mins walk away, most spaces are paid parking so you have to search. Several restaurants also within walking distance.

Michel the host was incredibly helpful and communication was easy and rapid. The studio was immaculate, like new. The kitchen had everything one would need and even condiments, oil, washing up liquid and a brand new sponge. Literally everything anyone could need in the whole studio had been thought of and provided. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The views from the 4th floor over the canal were beautiful and shops and eateries were just a few steps away. Perfectly located for concerts at Zenith La Villette - just a flat 8 min walk along the canalside. The secure underground car parking was very much appreciated. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends and neighbours.

It is a beautiful apartment, fully equipped, very clean, and silent. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, and a kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The design of the apartment is impressive. The location is wonderful, with a short distance to the metro station, restaurants and several places to visit. There is a bakery and fromagerie in the nearby. Contact with Nicolas was excellent. There was no problem with check-in (we received codes to the doors).

    a very nice ground floor apartment in a good location with an easy walk to the RER station which has lifts. There are several good local shops on the walk between the station and the apartment. (Bakers, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacie, organic shop, a Carrefour City and small supermarket right next door to the apartment block. The bed was comfy. The table and chairs on the patio were a lovely place to sit with a drink and enjoy meals outside.

    We quite like the space of the studio apartment, not too crammed. There is a dedicated space for everything - sofa in the living area, dining table for 2, and the bath and toilet are separated. There is a heater in the toilet which helped to dry our pair of jeans, and there's a coat stand to hang our winter jackets. Didn't feel unsafe. The best of it all is the staff who attended to us (I wished I had remembered her name) was super helpful and attentive.

    Super well-kept, clean and comfortable studio apartment. Well designed and equipped. Although the location is outside Paris, it is well connected and in a beautiful setting. I absolutely recommend it.
