Location was excellent. Short walk to restaurants and bars on Perth Road and slightly longer walk to city centre but no more than 20 minutes. On street parking at cottage is free. Cottage is very well heated and lots of amenities Inc, TV and WiFi. Tea coffee and milk and sugar also there on arrival

It was very clean, The aesthetics of the room and the toilets were very elegant. There were toiletries like soap and shampoo provided, along with kitchen essentials like sponges and dish soap. I also liked that there was a washing machine with provided laundry pods as well. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances like toasters, ovens, kettles, and microwaves and were clean and new.

    Ideal location within Broughty Ferry. Close to pubs, restaurants and railway station. Good on-road parking available. The flat has great decor, good bed and living accommodation, with a well equipped kitchen. We were only there for 2-nights but could easily have stayed longer. Ilona was very helpful and informative regarding local restaurants and amenities in the area. Would certainly recommend the Fuzzy Duck for short stays or longer if exploring this part of Scotland.

    Best rental property ever! The apartment is very well fitted out, attention to detail ensures there is everything you could need/want. Second visit here and impressed at high standard maintained. Location is perfect to walk everywhere, and lovely garden a bonus. Altogether a true home from home managed by people who value their guests. The wine and shortbread appreciated and milk in the fridge so thoughtful. Thank you.
