It was absolutely spotless. The decor was stunning in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed. The location was great. Overall, it was perfect with a luxurious feeling and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating providing all the information needed and checking we were happy with everything when we arrived.

It was beautifully decorated and equipped, clean and cosy. Ideal for the town, just a short walk. Prudence ( our cocker) thinks it was fab, space for Zoomies and a 5 minute walk to the pavilion park which was full of squirrels n geese.

Everything needed was readily available and easily accessible. Completely clean apartment. Very clean and comfortable stay, its a beautiful apartment with plenty of space and rooms for multiple guests. Smart TV with streaming services for late night winding down after walks. Plenty of appliances for cooking and cleaning, very close to the highstreet with a little walk further to get to the town center. Plenty of shops and food options around with, cafes and takeaways if that's your preference. Local Sainsbury's and Morrisons if you prefer to cook yourself. Beautiful scenery surrounding the edge of Buxton, plenty of walks to be had.

After a freezing day in the Peaks we drove into Taddington. Another stone house village of many we passed through. We were hugely surprised with the apartment above the pub. It was newly renovated, huge, very quiet (because of the thick walls) and had a great kitchen and the best shower of our trip around the UK. Highly recommended!!! The pub was quaint and had fabulous meals.

    The apartment was perfect for us. It was like home from home. The location was great for getting out and about and there was no shortage of pubs on the door step. The bedroom in the loft space was great with lots of light coming in through the 4 skylight windows.

    On entering the property I thought oh god where’ve have booked, on entry it doesn’t look appealing but once inside the flat it’s lovely and homely, everything you need for a self catering stay. The flat was lovely and clean, smelt lovely. Modern and stunning views.

    THE DECOR OF THE DEVONSHIRE APARTMENT WAS LOVELY...MODERN CLASSIC DONE WELL. THE CONVENIENCE OF THE WASHING MACHINE REALLY HELPED EASE OUR HOLIDAY. THE TOP FLOOR WAS LIGHT AND AIRY; THE PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE WAS A REAL TREAT AFTER A LONG DAY HIKING AND TOURING AROUND. ONE OF THE BEST RENTAL HOLIDAY APARTMENTS WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT.
