Everything was really good. Location is excellent, 2 minutes from the center. Around the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants which can satisfy any taste. Reception is available 24 hours per day. The room was clean and have everything for a good sleep. For sure for my future stay in Leeds this hotel it will be my first choice.

Clean, close to city centre, no noise, might benefit of clear directions as the entrance is different from main building entrance. The glass arches above windows in living room and second bedroom need covering for complete privacy. Overall, excellent place to stay in while in leeds.

The pictures are a great representation of the property. It is beautifully laid out, very clean, comfortable, perfect facilities and generally just an all round lovely apartment to stay in. Has a little roof terrace which we didn’t really get chance to enjoy but I bet is a lovely space to have a morning coffee. Host was polite, courteous and willing to help and answer any questions. Provided the facility of a travel cot upon request and even added a little personal touch to that for the comfort of the baby. Parking available right outside and free parking. Communication leading up to the stay was really good and detailed with lots of information being sent across. All in all we would highly recommend this apartment as a lovely place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Me, my mum and sister stayed for one night as sadly our brother was having major surgery and we were aware he would need to be on the intensive care unit following due to the complexity of the surgery and we live in another town so booked the closest accommodationto hospital we could find. My brother was in surgery for over 12 hours and then in recovery for hours so we didn't actually get until the property until 3am after being awake nearly 24 hours. I can't express how lovely it was to arrive to such a cosy, clean and welcoming home after such a horrendous day. It had all the facilities we needed to help settle for the night and make our stay comfortable. The house was cleaned to a very high standard, very comfortable beds and there were tea and coffee so we could have a drink in the morning and bottles of water/snacks for when we arrived which was much appreciated as we hadn't eaten much all day with worry. Checking in was easy and secure. There was an enclosed outside patio also but we didn't need to use this. I'm hoping my brother makes a speedy recovery and is home but if there is ever a reason we need to be close to the hospital again I wouldn't hesitate to book here. Thank you very much.

    Perfect! Beautiful little flat with comfy beds, off street parking and the best shower EVER! Proper home from home right down to the toilet roll being the same as the only toilet roll I've used for 17 years! (ADHD and OCD). Will definitely book again. Even my stress head of a dachshund settled straight in! Leah was lovely and very responsive to messages. Hoping to try the local pub and chippy next time!

    The apartment was absolutely perfect, lovely big couch in the living area in front of a big tv and a kitchen that had everything you could need. Bedrooms are great sizes and very comfy beds. The area was very quiet so perfect night's sleep. Location was spot on, we were visiting family in Morley and the apartment is just a 5 to 10 min walk from Morley centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Great communication throughout from the owner who was so helpful and pleasant. Couldn't fault a thing about our stay.

    Location was brilliant to be able to visit family. The flat was a perfect size, the decor was nice. The bed was really clean and comfy. Off street parking was great. The host was very accommodating and excellent at keeping in touch, and was very prompt answering questions.
